Description

This 2-way stretch dye sublimated tension fabric is popular for custom installs. The same material we use for our tradeshow displays and table throws; it’s a versatile fabric that can conform to rounded corners and be pulled tight over hardware.

• Dye Sublimated 8.8 oz. Tension Fabric (2-way stretch)

Print Options

• Single Sided (Double sided and oversized graphics unavailable for this product)
• Custom sizes Up to 90″ x 100′

Optional Material:

• Hems – Double stitched with white or black thread (based on graphic color)
• Number 2 Brass grommets (Stimpson)
• 1″ or 2″ sewn on Velcro

• Heat knife cut flush edges (No Hem)

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 300MB
• Submit artwork built to ordered size – Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the material come with lamination?

The Super Smooth material doesn’t need lamination due to UV printing, which provides UV protection for a longer lasting print.

Can this product be used with X-Stand Hardware?

Yes, just order 24″ x 63″ or 32″ x 71″ with 4 Corner Grommets for X-Stand Graphics.

What do you recommend on fabric cleaning and wash setting?

Fabric can be machine washed with cold water and gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Wrinkles or creases can be eliminated with hand steamer. Do NOT bleach, tumble dry, or iron.

Does optional velcro come with both loop and hook?

1” optional velcro includes both loop and hook, and 2” optional velcro includes loop only.

What are suggested pole dimensions for optional pole pocket(s)?

2” pole pocket accommodates 1” diameter pole and under.
3” pole pocket accommodates 1.5” diameter pole and under.

How to setup artwork files for pole pockets?

Your submitted graphic should fit the dimensions of the print you ordered. No additional bleed is required. A hemline will appear 2″ or 3″ from the edge of the graphic depending on the pole pocket size.
