GatorFoam

Description

GatorFoam is an extruded polystyrene foam similar to foamcore. With its added strength from melamine and wood fiber veneer, GatorFoam is stronger than other foam boards. UV Printing allows for a longer lasting image, exending its usage.

It is suitable for museum displays and presentations.

Print:

• UV printed adhesive vinyl (mounted)
• 4/0 and 4/4

Product Attributes:

• Maximum size : 48″ x 96” (Sizes over 48″ x 38″ –Store Pickup Only)
• Usage : Indoor use only – Not waterproof
• Reinforced faces for strength and durability vs regular Foamcore

File Setup

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 300MB
• Submit artwork built to ordered size – Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available
